I seriously think some of the things I mentioned before (well maybe not the call of duty thing) have a chance of working. Another idea might be to just hypnotise yourself (yes hypno therapy is real) into a deeper and more relaxing state of sleep. I was also reading a tutorial earlier on dream guides. Supposedly everyone has a dream guide and they know a lot more than you do yourself. After you find your dream guide you could ask him/her/it to help you. Starting to run out of ideas. |
