      Hi! Welcome back to DV. I am pretty sure everyone got an email about DV being hacked and how we were changing to .org.

      Some advice on reality checks: Don't make them a habit. Habits you don't really think about. While doing a reality check you need to be aware of the things around you. Basically don't do them so much that you don't realize you're doing them. Good luck!

      Welcome back though! It sort of depends what you're asking about reality checks - how to do them? When? Where? Why? Be a little more specific! There is a lot of information on them in the Beginners Guide though, maybe give it a read over and refresh your memory

      Hi and welcome back, Cacophony Your reality checks should be as often as possible and not done in just a habitual mindset of 'Oh, i haven't done a reality check for a while..' Really make sure you question your reality as much as possible and follow it up with a reality check.
      Personally, I try to do a constant RC through out the day. I don't use the normal methods of nose plug, finger check or anything like that anymore. I tend to try and focus on the feeling of the dream. Don't be discouraged if you don't have any lucids while you get back into the phase, though. Reality checks may take a little while to show up in your dreams
