Hey all. Just wanted to introduce myself and I'll try to keep this relatively brief! I experienced my first lucid dream about a year or two ago. It was an absolutely incredible feeling realizing that I was dreaming because this occurred before I had any knowledge or understanding of what being lucid actually was about! I had no idea that such a thing was possible. |

Great! Thanks for that info. Sounds like I'll wait a few days to try WBTB and take another Choline tablet. It was quite exhilarating last night, after I took the tablet, I immediately felt all of those effects again, I just couldn't seem to get in a dream, probably due to me falling asleep for the first time that night. |

You really need to pick up some galantamine if you want to use choline. It's best used with wbtb. I don't know if it's galantamine or choline but one of them can keep you up all night if you don't fall asleep quick. Also you should be warned that the use of galantamine+choline can cause some crazy sleep paralysis. |

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

I just tried to reply and post but it didn't appear in the thread. Not sure if it didn't go through or went to your inbox. |

I suspect Alyzarin would have a better knowledge of this subject. I'll ask her when she returns home later on today. |

So, this just happened this morning. My first attempt with WBTB. |

Hey Litt, welcome to Dreamviews! Sorry for the belated reply |

Remember that lucid dreaming is heavily influenced by your own beliefs. All supplements have some placebo effect, the more you believe in them the more they work. You can take sugar pills during a WBTB and get lucid. Now you know how effective a WBTB can be, don't lose faith in it! It's one of the easiest ways of getting lucid. |

I will ATTEMPT to keep this post brief because if I begin to write what I just wrote in my journal, it may be the length of an essay. Up until now I've had four lucids. All of which have been extremely short, maybe ten to fifteen seconds or so after I realize I'm dreaming. |

Wow, Litt! Seriously...congratulations. You have done great for just recently getting into it. Certainly a lot farther than most new people. You managed to stabilize the dream and really experience what a lucid is like. Props to you! I'm so glad Dreamviews was able to help you get lucid. It sounded like an amazing, vivid dream that you had good control over. This is just the beginning and you will start to get lucid more and more often. Whatever you're doing...keep it up! Like I said, if you run into any difficulty feel free to PM me. I would be happy to help. Congrats again |

Wow, You are on a roll. That last dream is incredible. I hope it was as enjoyable as it sounds. |
