Thanks for all the suggestions. I've been reading over the links and they seem really helpful, this looks like it was the right place to start. I have tried the WILD technique before, but I got freaked out because I thought sleep paralysis was only not being able to move I didn't realize hallucinations came with it. I heard knocking and saw weird faces and started thinking my room was haunted. I think I'll try to get some more experience with dreaming before I really try it again. Now I'm thinking of really trying out this ADA.
