      Hello and a few questions

Hello there i am Steve and im here because i want to give LD another chance.
Basicly im not that new to lucid dreaming, the first LD i can recall it's when i was 7, the second one i recall was few years ago; Here's what happened, i've seen an article about lucid dreaming and i remembered i had at least one before and i decided to give it a go. From the first day I started with a reality check and trying to remember my dreams, haven't been using a journal; after 3 days i've had my first lucid dream, i was skying and just realized that im bad at skying and i knew it was a dream, for the next 40-60 seconds i decided to just fly untill i lost control and woke up. The next day i haven't had another lucid dream, same with the next 2-3 days so i just quit.
Now i am here to try again today i am on my third day, the first day i remembered about 4 dreams (i randomly wake up at night like 3-5 times each night) and the second night it hit me not a lucid dream but a WILD (I THINK!), here's how it happened and why i need some advices to be sure what it was. Basicly i was kinda tierd, when i went to sleep i looked at my phone and i had 6 hrs of sleep till i had to go wake up, so i decided not to start keeping a DJ. I went to bed and started saying inside my head "I remember more dreams" or "I dream lucid tonight" and i kept focusing on what i was saying when i felt that i was about to sleep but was still concious, after 2-3 seconds i started hearing music and saw a party and realised im dreaming and wake up, the thing is i kinda knew from the beginning im sleeping, i wasnt able to control the dream but more like i was looking at what happened from above and that dream(?) was 2-3 seconds long, well i decided that il figure what happened the next day and tryed getting some sleep but guess what the same thing happened, now i was walking on a street and realised again im sleeping, again this was about 2-3 seconds long and i had no control over it, maby like looking at a movie, and this thing happened 1 more time. Well can anyone explain me what was that?
Thanks and sorry for my english as it's not my native language.

The way you reached your lucid dream is actually a MILD - Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream. This is where you repeat a mantra while falling asleep to increase your chances of getting a DILD.

Dream control takes time to master - don't worry about it at first. Worry about getting lucid first. Also, don't worry about the length of your lucid dreams either - they will get longer with time.

Ithink he was doing the WILD since he had no gap between consciousness.
WILDs are like that, the dream forms, and wait a little while till you feel the dream is formed, then allow your body to fall asleep and 'pop' inside the dream. That last part isn't as hard as it sounds like

I don't know all the terms, but that's how it felt, like the dream was just about to begin, in it's very first form and because i was so excited i broke it.
      Thanks

Lol, happened to me in my first few attempts. You'll get used to it. The most important thing is to ignore those vibrations, numbness, sounds from your head, and/or blobs of light. You need to be passive, so try to focus on counting, or a sound of a fan. See the wild class in DV academy, it's the best WILD tutorial you can get!

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Sometimes it's hard to say, if you vere seing halucinations or you actually were in a dream. But they do sound like either HH or a WILD.

HH are a beginning of a dream, when it starts to form. They are normal and we see a lot of them when we WILD.
