Hi there! New to DV, but I have been Journaling for at least 15 years now. (Yikes, that sounds like such a long time. I feel old. :[ ) I didn't know much about Lucid dreaming before, aside from enjoying a good Leo DiCaprio movie. I then found a thread in a forum I used to frequent, and voila! I now practice, or try to practice Lucid dream training. I had LDs before my discovery, I just was extremely confused as to what exactly they were. |

I DILD'd when I first began training and, yes, I got alot of good results! My primary issue right now is keeping my recall up. Its like exercise. Train on the treadmill all you like, but if you drop your workout to only 1 time a week running, you're never going to make progress. Next for me would be getting back into waking world reality checks more consistently. |
