oh I hate when people walk behind me or stand behind me...
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Sometimes I like to see if I can get my eyes to vibrate back and forth really fast by causing them to spasm a little (kinda like the old school NES track and field trick where you'd cause your hand to spasm so you could push A faster).

I also need my closets and doors closed before sleeping (I also check the closet and under the bed), and eat one type of food at a time. I've tried to switch and eat different foods randomly but it feels wrong.

I hate when people walk in front of me on the sidewalk, but slower than me, because I hate passing people. I hate being passed while walking because it makes me feel slow, so I'm afraid other people might hate this too and I feel bad for passing them. Sometimes I take otherwise unneeded detours, like turning and walking a block then continuing in the direction I was originally, just so that I don't have to pass someone.

I take walks every day and have always thought it would look stupid to randomly do a 180 on the spot and start walking the other way, back to my house. So I usually turn and wak a block, then continue back to my house down the next street.

I have a habit in which I press on the inside corners in my eyes, which makes a sound a bit like popping bubble wrap (not exactly). It's become so subconscious I thought I had stopped it becuase I didn't remember doing it in the last month, but realized I still did it a lot when I started paying attention again.

I wash my hands after touching anything that could be dirty, especially anything in the bathroom: the door handle, the lock, etc. While turning off the lightswitch and locking/unlocking the door, I try to use my elbow. I often forget that I have to touch something that could be dirty, so I often wash my hands, then touch the thing, then wash my hads again (seconds later). Also, I always line the toilet seat with toilet paper. I've heard of other girls doing this in public washrooms (although I didn't get it from them, I came up with the idea myself), but I do it even at home.

I don't think it's OCD, for me. I wash my hands a lot because I'm consciously disgusted by the thought of the contamination. I could be wrong (I've been trying to figure out the exact definition) but I think OCD doesn't have a sensical reason behind it, like having to skip stairs or something, it's just done because it feels right.

I'm pretty sure he meant denying the "reality" that one perceives because of their psychosis. It was kind of a joke, in a sense.

The joke being that XeL was purposefully being excluded from the 3 letter club. If that were the case, you wouldn't need to say "Yeah, you're part of it along with..."

That's how I read it. My response still seemed adequate, but my sense of humor tends to be a bit off.

I host a paracosm in my head each night before sleeping, and have done so consistently and with the same storyline for the past eleven years. The worlds, politics, characters and dynamics have remained fairly consistent. Each night I can enter this world from anywhere to 30 minutes to five hours (depending on how good/fun the session is) until falling asleep, then pick it up the following night exactly where I left off. This is probably why I lost interest in lucid dreaming, to me, this is more fun.

....Am I justified in thinking I'm the only one who has done this? :3

probably not, if there's a wiki page about it.

I used to do that when I was maybe 10-14, but it died off. It was pretty stupid, the world was nowhere near as rich as yours. No politics or anything. It involved me and a group of others having superpowers (mine always had to do with fire), on an adventure somewhere, usually in a forest. I'd continue the story every night for about 20 minutes or so.

A sadly skinny wiki page considering how long I've wondered about it and been aware of it (sometimes even obsessed over it, teehee). :< But it is interesting to note a study was going on as far back as the 70s.

      Thanks d00d. :3
