I always wanted to learn Japanese someday... mostly so I could play games that were never translated into English.

I'm happy because I bought a shiny new car! Well, financed, really. I won't be as happy when the bills start coming in, but hell, it's a 2012 Honda Civic. It was surprisingly cheap, and it's supposed to be very reliable and fuel-efficient. The perfect "I like saving money" car. I'm gonna keep it until it won't run anymore. Most importantly, I won't have to bus to work when I start on Wednesday. Happy about that too, even if it sucks all of my free time away. I like money!

I'm happy because the menthol experiment is going well so far ^^

I got lucid twice in a row now and if it happens 1-2 more times in the next days, that's enough of a proof for me that it works well... i'll make sure to take some everytime i want to dream lucid

I'm getting used to the heat. Or it's probably chilling a little. But on days when it's 30 degree Celsius, I can still feel the chill with the fan on.

Even though I couldn't reach my flight because of being delayed too much, I got a complimentary breakfast and lunch for free!

AND I got a huge refund for 200 CAD currency on my next flight, which means that takes a hefty portion off.

This makes the 6 hours I have to wait here a little more tolerable.

pretty good day at work. i caught a problem early, nothing major but something that definitely needed to be corrected. but after finding the problem, we realized there was a much bigger problem which caused everyone to start going crazy. but, then i came up with a solution to easily solve everything, and it ended up not being a big deal at all (everyone was going crazy for about an hour, then once i came up with the solution everything was taken care of and fine within minutes).

i like feeling significant, like i actually make a difference at my job.

that's probably my favorite part about this position, compared to when i worked on production and was essentially just a machine.
