      Yeah we survived. It ended up that the storms really cooled things off outside, so I got a hankering to grill. Fortunately our back patio is covered so I could grill in the rain. Best fajitas ever

      I use Hangar steak for my fajitas, the muscle which comes off the diaphragm of the cow. It's wonderfully marbled, inexpensive, and often not sold directly in the meat counter.

      I use this recipe for my dry rub, and it never fails to please.
