I can't find the book now, which I was referring to - but there was a regimen to use different things and to switch, so that you avoid tolerance and effects getting smaller over time. |

Searching around with google and looking up that paper found numerous anecdotal reports that people tried to contact him as per his offer in the back of his book, only to find (through a friend of his?) that he has requested not to be contacted any more. |

Thanks for the clarification. So, it remains a mystery. His website looks weird too. |

Thanks it was really fun. I may not do supplements all the time but it is nice to find something that (hopefully repeatably!) works! |

Just to give an update on progress, I continue to use G+Ch as 2 x 4mg + 200mg taken after about 4 hours sleep, but my LD success rate it not very good. I have very vivid long dreams but don't seem to get lucid. I think maybe the reason is because I'm still very inexperienced, having had lots of very short natural LDs, but only one longer one. I think I just don't have the awareness to get lucid. |

Maybe you would benefit from upping your degree of motivation during dreams (in order to let your consciousness take charge), via increasing your dopamine level. This could be achieved via L-tyrosine or Mucuna Pruriens. |

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
Yes keep up the daytime work that is essential. I'd be very happy with vivid dreams as I know those contain the key to lucidity. But my last night galantamine attempt resulted in a completely normal night with nothing vivid. I did however have two glasses of wine before bed, and I'm still jet lagged and very tired. 2x4mg G, 1x3300mg ChBi, 1x300 mg alpha-gpck taken at 4hrs. Got back to sleep and had about 3-4 waking afterwards each time with some recall. A bit more micro flying than usual but otherwise un-noteworthy night. Could be the wine killed it, or the jet lag, but. Wanted to try anyway. |

I did the AAB last night, but with no results. Mind you, I was up late, and then took it just before bed, so then wasn't during a WBTB kinda thing like I would usually do. |

I think it's important to realize any substance that is taken in excess that alter brain chemistry is very dangerous and may not appear at first but over time may cause problems.... Caution and moderation is key and I wouldn't be surprised if he withdrew from the lucid dreaming if he over did those drugs |
