Thread: DCs are awesome!

In one of my dreams last night, there was an indie guy I was friends with (never seen him in my life) and he was smoking in a cafe which was in a mall and taking a photo of himself. I remember thinking "wtf, people are eating here >;c"
Right before that, my brother took a photo of some store manager's camera and the store manager yelled at him :O

The night before yesterday, I dreamt that I and a DC were kicking ass with some superpowers. After a fight I suggested we went to "rob and bank and take a flight to..." and I thought about New York at first but tried to find a better example. The DC then finished the sentence with "New York!" Shortly after that I went lucid.

I had a dream where I was really frustrated. My friend decided to tease me. I got mad and told her, "If this were a dream, I would so slap you!" I looked at my hand, realized I was dreaming, and proceded to slap her. I love irony.

I had the weirdest dream featuring one of my good friends and her brother. They were beating somebody to death who they had appeared to have put in a burlap sack. Everything was kind of blurry and hazy (Hard to explain.... like sleepy and bright?) and I was super relaxed. I walked over to them and asked them what they were doing. The brother said, "Don't worry; Everything's fine." and, believing him, I continued to walk contentedly down a cheery forest path. Upon waking, I realized how totally creepy that dream actually was.

DCs are my servants, everything I want, they give it to me.

So I had a dream where this mean guy purposely tripped a waiter and laughed at her falling. I got upset and stood up for her. He started throwing fists and the fight escalated outside. Somehow I managed to knock him out and was about to call the police when my brother (who watched the whole thing) started towards his car and opened up the trunk. I was thinking "what is he doing? is he getting a baseball bat?" I started to freak out cus I thought he was going to brutally attack/kill this guy or something and then my brother came back from the trunk and started shooting rubber bands at the dude as he was laying on the ground.

Last night I had a non lucid with a pretty strange encounter with one of my DC's who turned out to be a dishonest theif:

I was at a familliar big roundabout with a fountain in the middle of it, its surroundings kind of acts like a small park, in this park I was walking against a crowd of people that were bumping into me until I suddenly realized that i was walking on the wrong side. (I've been living in Australia for a while, and here people drive on the wrong side of the road)

I decided to swap sides, and started making my way out of the crowd when I met a guy that came up to me and tried starting a conversation, at this point I knew something was wrong about him and he then asked for my mobile phone to send a SMS to one of his friends, i lied and said: It's got no money in it. The moment after he tried reaching for my wallet which I noticed and a fight broke out.

The fight suddenly stopped and as if nothing had happened and he said:
In Australia, dont you have Highway-murderers that roam the highways and kill people?

I replied:
I am the highway-killer, and punched him in the face.

Last night I had a lucid dream and there were quite a few dream characters outside of a building. I was testing my dream control by telling the the dream characters to do random things and seeing if they would comply. I went into the building and told a dream character to fly through the ceiling. The dream character tried but hit his head on the ceiling and fell back to the ground. He looked really pissed off and walked out of the building while I was laughing uncontrollably.

When I first started lucid dreaming, when I became lucid, I used to walk up to my DCs and shake their hands and say "thank you for being in my dream". What has always amazed me about my DCs in lucid dreams is that there are often people who I have never seen before in waking life in my dreams.

i had a really creepy nightmare last night.i woke up in some whorehouse.Some mean dude,starts yelling out orders,to the other whores,which i later find out that we were all kidnapped.They turn out to be really nice though.Then i think some dude bought me for the night so they tell me to go get ready.I decide to run away.So i climb through a window and run.The mean dude, goes after me and tackles me to the ground.He is then about to kick me so i brace myself and close my eyes.But some DC saves me.She beats the crap outof the dude,and kills him.Apperantly she was a fairy.I thank her,and before she left she told me "if you ever need my help,just call me and i'll come" Then i woke up.

In my dream journal, I recorded a dream where a DC needed my help performing numerous tasks to help him escape (I'm not sure what). At the end when I was starting to wake up I heard him shout something along the lines of-
"No! Don't wake up! Come back!!".
I think I might have been dreaming of becoming lucid and not actually lucid in itself... but the fact that the DC was aware he was in a dream was kind of special

I have a girlfriend named "8"...I have a version of the RL girl i like but that isn't her, I commonly battle DCs, the rest act like normal humans (I prefer it that way)

last night i became lucid , i was at my home but it doesent looked like my apartement (thats why i became lucid in the first place + some other odditiys) a women sat next to me and as i got lucid she stood up and walked infornt of me .. she also kinda changed her look kinda strange as i couldnt say if i knew here or not .. however i remembered that DCs cant really answer to questions and just talk incoherently stuff..

so i asked the women : Whats your name ? she kinda had a hard time answerenig me she stoddered some secs. and finaly said .. Sabine i live below your apartement/live next to your apartement (dont remember below or next)
then the situation got kinda strange as i got a bad feeling somehow and she also said somethig like i shouldnt do that (lucid dreaming perhaps ?) i asked why ? she replied you could get caught/ stay stucked (sorry dont know how to translate the word she said) and i think she meant the lucid dream .. like i wouldnt wake up from a lucid dream.. strange huh?

then i woke up .. but was so exxcited that i jumped into a lucid dream later ... but was of a short while . also i was trying to find that women again.. but wasent lucky..

Well DC's are essential part of your mind so does that really mean that you are awesome?

Anyway, most of my DCs are usually my friends and family and they usually act how they are in real life, but there are times where DCs will just be complete dream strangers. I remember one time in my dreams there was this woman who lived on the side of this mountain and she invited me in for some coffee, I got free dream coffee from a DC, they are awesome.

I have had some fun interactions with DC's. Here are a few:

*Me and Joey from the TV-show "Friends" was discussing ways to conceal the fact that he was wearing a wig when Chandler came and informed us that our llamas was parked wrong.

*I was about to kill Sauroman (From LOTR) and I had to ask for help from the ghost army. But they explained that they allready had helped Aragorn in the third movie so I was on my own.

*A DC came up to me all excited and wanted to show me something. I followed her and saw a big tractorwheel. She explained that this tractorwheel was handwoven over a hundred years ago!

*A DC once let me in on a big secret: The faraos of Egypt drank water to become smart.

*Satan paid me a visit and wanted to go for a walk. But he had to disguise himself to not look suspicious. So he put on a big pink bunny costume. Then a DC came up to him and yelled at satan because he felt that satan discriminated all those who wear animal costumes.

*I was taking off from the ground and was going to fly above the skies. But on a cloud there suddenly was a DC who asked if I had any cigarettes. I gave her one and continued towards the sky. :p
