Thread: TO do list of lucid dreaming

Nice list, and #5 just sounds absolutely delicious. Most of these are good short term goals, so you should also try and add harder things like 'making my own city' or 'creating an island i can go back to whenever i want'. This is so you have something in mind, to drive yourself to work forward to when you get more frequent lucid dreams.

Ok I'll try building a city, It sounds cool and if you can get more frequent LDs then I'm in

Mine is:
1: creat own world with people cities and everything
2: have a dream of my beast moments of life
3: find the secret of always having lucid dreams
4:attain perfect control of all dreams
5: Whatever else i want isn't thats the beauty of it all

When you get into a dream, arent there already a world and people, cities and everything in it? So that should have been done already.

I believe that the secret of always having a lucid dream is to try every night (of course) the WILD method using the focus to stay aware during your sleeping time. So basically when you are going to bed, focus in front of you with your eyes closed and keep your focus constant, you might feel a jerk when you are going to bed, your focus might even do a 360 and leave your body and into a dream. So I believe that the only thing that gets you into a dream is that you are focused and aware, and if you can do that every night, then adventures for you every night.

Uve never seen the seen of a dream just white light everywhere. the blank canvsas as some call it. and what i mean by that is a certain thing to think about every night to trigger a lucid dream.

I think there is definitely a difference between active and passive dream world creation (or conscious and subconscious, if you prefer.) Most of the time when I am lucid, I prefer to just explore the landscape or world I find myself in (passive creation). These dreams I find a little less stable. Many small details seem to flicker and change. Other times I enjoy actively creating something in the dream. For instance, point my finger and the ground and say that I would like a pink tree to spring up. Any detail I actively create is stable until I change it.

That's interesting that you see a white light blank canvas. My blank canvas is always a black void, though sometimes a multitude of colors swirl around me.

Have a normal day in a dream

Have sex. It had to be said.

Jump into the ground from a few 100 story building. A pretty scary feat even if you are dreaming.

I'd say mine have to be..
1.) Meet my "Dream Girl" I mean, wouldn't my subconcious know my heart's desires better than my waking mind?
2.) Create a City, be the King and have a banquet.
3.) Go back to medeival times and be a Prince captured by mercenaries.
4.) Go on a Pokemon Journey..(Again!)
5.) Go into a high school anime.
6.) Meet my dream guide.
7.) Create a forest and fill it with people and animals, a friendly community.
8.) Have Perfect dream control.
9) Make new types of flora and fauna.
10.) Be framed for a crime as a Prince and live as a refugee.
All good dream ideas I thought would be intresting.

Mine is:
1) Have pyrokinesis or electrokinesis
2) Become a god and rule the people on the earth I make
3) Make a kingdom, and be a peasant
4) Be in a major firefight
5) Be in a dogfight
6) Shape shift
7) Watch the titanic sink
8) Ride a T-rex through a medieval battle and shoot the opposing forces with my ray gun

I don't really have any more

Mine is:
- travel through the universe
- build my dream house and my dream city
- watch the apocalypse
- experience death
- play piano in front of a huge crowd
- turn into an animal
- go into the matrix and fight there like Neo
- cook something in the dream and eat it
- find an answer for a research question
- compose music
- smoke grass
- getting drunk ( I've never been drunk in waking life)
- joining a dream that I had when I was a child
- turning an old nightmare from my childhood into a nice dream

Things that were on my to do list and I've already done:

- fly fast
- have sex with dream partner (or with any dream character)
- improve my piano skills
- talk to dream characters in foreign languages to improve them
- swim under water for a longer time and breathe
- go into a supermarket and eat all the yummiest things I could find
- create a cake in a dream and eat it
- meeting person in the dream who I had trouble with in waking life and try to resolve the conflict
- learn how to drive a car (in waking life I can't cuz I'm only 15)
- being male (well, having a penis :p)
- watching myself in a mirror and experience how I would look like if I had blonde hair, if I were fat etc.

I think I like to do what I would like to do just then. That, for me, increases the feeling of freedom and possibility. .. It feels like, for example, I will never get tired of flying and exploring and talking.

To do:

-Beat up annoying (real life) people.
-Make music!
-Fly, of course.
-Turn into a cat and carelessly play with a ball of yarn. (im so xtreme! )
-Go to a concert, any band.
-Blow schools up.
Couldn't really think of anything else at the second.

Done:

-Nom dream food.

Ugh I barely ever get lucid, but here's my list.

1. Meet favorite band. Do fun dream things with them if possible (flying or asking DG questions).
2. Fly through the universe.
3. Jump off a cliff/building.
4. Try to feel pain. (not in a weird way?).
5. Walk up the down escalator (Kidding, I already do that in waking life).
6. Try new hairstyles on myself (Just got that idea from reading beijaflor's post)

Hah, I've done a few of these too. I've become female countless times, I did the car one, also I'm the same age wise in that area. It was an intresting dream. Talk to dream characters, yeah, it's weird talking to DC's. Have sex with a DC, did that, but as a girl. I'm going to try the mirror one, sounds cool.
