      it may require some will power. ;D

      EDIT: I can see that your sleep is not very stable, you should get 7 - 9 hours per night. That's may be the cause too.
      My opinion:
      *Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
      *There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
      *Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
