I am a fairly confident lucid dreamers in terms of DILDs, but I'm really trying to push for WILD.
I have no problem getting into sleep paralysis, in fact it's fairly easy for me. Most times that I try to WILD, I get into Sleep paralysis within a few minutes.
My problem is after that (during sleep paralysis). I'm getting mixed ideas about what I'm supposed to do once in sleep paralysis. Some people suggest that I should just be passive and watch whatever comes my way, and some say I should actively try to imagine a dream scene.
In my situation, I usually don't have very vivid HI, so there's not much to watch. There's a lot to hear, and my auditory hallucinations are fairly vivid.
Should I create the scene with my mind and try to live inside of it, or should i passively wait for it to come?
Thanks
