Also, "SP" is not necessary for LD'ing, should never be a goal, and, because REM Atonia ("SP") and HI (those voices) are normal nightly events, neither should be feared if stumbled upon during WILD; they should just be ignored. Fearing them or panicking about them only makes them worse.

Finally, since WILD's (and LD's in general) are important conscious events that would probably be firmly stored in your memory (as opposed to the wispy, "forgettable," nature of dreams), you should probably have remembered a moment like this quite well, even if your dream recall is struggling. As a matter of fact, given the way you reported it, there is an good chance that this was "just" a dream... which could be a problem, because it reflects your dreaming mind trying to give you dreams to satisfy your interest in the noise, rather than the dream.
