Ahhh thanks a lot! That makes sense, i've become so used to the DCs being potentially negative it will just happen if i think thats the way it should. i seem to remember thinking last night when i realised i was dreaming something like "theres a whoel lot of people here, one of them gonna notice" and just like you said about the door and someone chasing you, next thing i knew one of the DCs had reacted!
