This! I had my first lucid dream half a week ago, and one of the first things I noticed is that all the DCs in the room with me (a large library like room) were all staring at me right after I became lucid! I wasn't really freaked out by it, I was more surprised since I hadn't read about this happening. The expressions were exactly like you describe! After that I moved on through different areas and the DCs were "normal" and ignoring me, just walking by. I like to think it was my SC caught unaware and not quite ready for my lucidity!
