      Please don't take this the wrong way, but in my opinion, this is way, way overwritten.
      Mouth-watering of the finest - little bit too verbose at times
      Honestly if you take it as he said, he is a chemical engineer presenting his findings and giving you (the beta-test subjects) the rundown.

      Also, i dont think he is here for writing advice. he will show it to an editor after his final draft, not a bunch of randos like us on the internet.
