Thank you, I will consider that. But I already tried (with no success) the "visualize numbers while counting" when reading the WILD tutorial, so I think it's not a method that would work for me.

However I could maybe try the new "chakra" technique, as well as the 61-points relaxation technique for WILD, because I think that "counting" has the opposed effect on me than for other people here: it keeps me awake, because it keeps my mind busy !
When I reached the point "399, I'm dreaming... 400, I'm dreaming... Oh, enough !" in my first WILD attempts, I knew that something was seriously wrong (Now I have "spontaneous" WILDs in the morning, the only time were I can fall asleep quickly)

Maybe if I was listening to a recording instead of doing the counting myself, that could work...
