I tried it last night. I was real awake at the time, but my eyes hurt (I think some skin medication got in 'em) so it was bed time. The technique may have helped me get sleepier, or maybe I was more tired than I thought, 'cause I fell asleep in about 20 minutes, which is about average for me. BUT, I had My first LD last night! I'm gonna do some experimentation, maybe it was your technique (if so, thanks! |
