I had a really messed up idea but when encountering sleep paralysis, what if you could turn it from something scary to something sexual? Like instead of the intruder there to kill you, it's there to fuck you. I read about how SP can be based on your expectations and if you expect to see scary entities, that's what you'll see but if you stay calm and expect benevolent entities then that's what you'll see instead. So maybe if you try expect a sexual encounter, it could work?
Sorry I'm really not experienced with this stuff. Still haven't attained lucidity yet.
