Nerefa

Met another dreamer in my dream last night.

We were at a party in a big barn full of people. There was music and dancing.

She told me “This is my dream. I’m lucid dreaming.”

She seemed hesitant, though.

I replied “Neat! I’m lucid dreaming right now too. How is it? How do you like being lucid?”

I kept my voice down so as to not draw attention from bystanders.

“It’s nice, but I can’t control anything.” she said with disappointment.

“Sure you can!” I responded and reached out towards a stereo that was sitting nearby playing music for the party. “Watch, you can change the brightness with this dial.” I explained and proceeded to demonstrate. As I turned the dial, the environment changed from night to day, causing the sun to come up and make everything bright both indoors and outside.

The other dreamer looked excited and tried it for herself.

I left her that and went outside to do my own thing after that.
