    Syncronicity has me puzzled

On youtube I found a guys channel and was following a tutorial, which seemed to be on astral projection (I found the channel because I was looking for stuff on aboriginal telepathy).

I was following the tutorial spoken directions but didn't feel drawn to use a location I knew as it suggested. I started to see a picture in my mind that was very clear of plants growing in a field, with water droplets on them and as I looked around the area I was strongly drawn to a thatched building with a dark brown roof, and white chalky walls. It made me feel warm and safe. It was very peaceful and quiet there, I did not imagine anyone there and felt it might be disused. There were just dirt paths and trees round and about.

Anyway when I finished, my wife showed me a picture in the paper. It was incredibly similar to what I had been visualising Oo. A place nearby to where we live.

Cool sync~ What was the tutorial you used? Also, I've never heard of aboriginal telepathy but after looking up the definition it sounds like an interesting topic.

It was this guy. It's given me some ideas anyway.

Thanks~ I kind of pictured the guy younger at first but Its interesting to see a older guy doing a talk about it. I think of tried something like this too before but not totally. Especially since he mentions lifetime and some other Astral stuff.

I found it very interesting because of the two components:
      1) Intention - I set the intention (without realising) to be telepathic
      2) Free flow of my subconscious - as with a dream my subconscious gave me all the info.

I agree, that does make it interesting but what do you mean by the "not realizing"part?

My personal experience of "setting intention" is that it doesn't work when i'm thinking to hard about it. But if my intention slips under the radar into subconscious then it's effective.
For instance if I spend all day saying I'm going to get lucid tonight...It usually doesn't work.
But if I read something for instance someone's dream journal where they get lucid (and its memorable to me) without me thinking hey I need to get lucid. I just might get lucid.

I see what you mean. Reminds me of when i tried to attempt to lucid dream one time and I stayed up for hours feeling so regretful.when your mind has time to relax from it and when you are just in your zone, you do have better chances. Except sometimes i get carried away with excitement and think about needing to get lucid after reading entries which isn't as helpful.xD Thanks for explaining again~: D

Yeah basically, I have little idea how to get it to work but i still find it intriguing.
