    Getting ready for a fight

    Last night, bed 11pm - 5am

    DR around 4am

    I'm walking with another person. Looks like a wrap-around balcony, but it's on the inside. So it's looking over the ground floor of a large room. (Sometimes you see a running track in a gym like that).

    So, it looks like a grocery store, because there are items hanging on the walls. I'm looking for a large knife, or a small machete. We are in kitchen equipment isle and I pick up a large knife w/white handle. I'm thinking I could use a little bit bigger one, but this one will do. I like how it feels in my hand.

    Oh, we are picking knives, because we are on oour way to fight some monster or something.

      They say our choice of weapon reveals something of how we fight. You picked melee, so you prefer the up close method of attacking. Good on you.

      Well, I'm actually not much of a fighter. But I do like weapons. In real life, and in video games. If I have a choice, I always pick a modern projectile weapon. I would never pick some weapon that I would have to use on a person from up close.

      But, I use this knife in my job, and the one in a dream looked just like that.

      So yeah, dreams are tricky. Thank you for a comment

      Ah yes, modern projectile weapons are convenient. Makes it less personal.

      I prefer ranged weapons as well, I'm not against being up close and personal but it's more time efficient to weed through the masses with modern projectile weapons.
