Korley's Dream

Awake Non-Lucid

I'm in my friend's living room, when a group of people come in. It seems they're leaving for the holidays and I won't see them in awhile. My a guy comes up, grabs me into a hug and spins me around. This is a bit of a shock and I quickly set my feet down. He doesn't let go. I see my boyfriend's friends outside the door, watching us, looking suspicious.

Since the guy isn't letting go, I rest my hands on his shoulders, his arms are round my waist. He's a bit too close for comfort. "Sooo... I'll see you when I get back? I'm going to really miss you."

I'm wondering what to do, when my friend Olivia catches my eye and makes excited gestures. I widen my eyes and mouth "what do I do?" she just laughs and watches.

"I really like you..." says the guy. I smile weakly. He moves in to try and kiss me, but I turn my face away and hold my hand up. I laugh, very uncomfortable and tell him I have a boyfriend. "Listen I like talking to you but I don't like you like that.."

His hands travel lower and I bat him away, clearing my throat. After a quick goodbye, I run through to Olivia's conservatory.

"What the hell was that? Did you see that?" I ask her. She just flops down on the sofa and sniggers.

I suddenly wake up. I look over and see the guy next to me. What am I doing here?

Everything changes, and i'm in a field. It's all cartoon like. Behind me are huge brown mountains, and before me are yellow fields. The narrator from Pokemon says "and so, she moves back the the old generation, so she can battle and catch them all."

I start walking, a backpack on my shoulder, seeing pokemon everywhere. They all look hostile and scary. They're all dirty, skinny and ill looking. It feels sinister.
