I was one of several brothers. Our family owned a company. One of the brothers was mentally disabled but he also shared ownership, and that was good. We had hired an organization to represent the interests of our company. I was not sure whether the organization was a bank, an insurance, a law firm, or a mafia. Nor was I sure whether it mattered as long as they did their job. Their job was to protect the interest of our company, even if the interest of the company did not coincide with the interests of the owning family. Under special circumstances they had the authority to even take over the ownership or power of atorny or something like that away from my family, and I thought that was as it should be.
