Okay here's a list of all the things I have done in lucid dreams, and what I would like to do in the future!

DONE

Standard stuff:

1. Fly - Pretty good at it, arms to the side
2. Made skateboard/snowboard move
3. Tied shoelaces with my mind
4. Jumped real far
5. Telekinesis - Getting better! Controlled a large ship last time
6. Skated on water at high speed
7. Summoned food, drink, knife and a door - Fish and cola. The door led to a prison
8. Mindcontrolled a guy
9. Teleported (vaguely two times)
10. Increased light outside

The nature's four elements: Fire, wind, earth and water, is something I really want to learn how to do. But so far I haven't been able to do much with them.

FIRE: Made an old lady caught on fire vaguely, made a small lighter-flame and made a red glowing mark.
WIND: Never tried it, does fly and telekinesis count?
EARTH: Never tried it.
WATER: Made some wet sand produce steam. Does waterskiing count?

TO DO

1. Make dreamfruit. Just let my fantasy go wild and create the most delicious fruit ever! [ ]
2. Make a building out of earth [ ]
3. Shoot fireballs and play with fire [ ]
4. Have sex [ ]
5. Teleport to places without losing lucidity [ ]
6. Accomplish a WILD [ ]
7. Have four or more LD's in one night. [ ]
8. Have ten or more dreams in one night. [ ]

That's about it for now. I am open to suggestions and would love some tips and help from someone with some experience.

I had these dreams a couple of weeks ago. This happened in the same night and was definitely one of the top three dreaming sessions I've ever had. I've had around 15 lucid dreams this year, but no false awakening. This time I got one!

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID FALSE AWAKENING SLEEP PARALYSIS

LD1:I'm in a big house with some other people, the walls are covered with doors of glass and for some reason I'm in a fight. A girl enters the room and she attacks me instantly. I reach out with my hand towards her and makes it into a fist. As if by some invisible force, she almost gets crushed. Her eyes widen with shock and fear. I fling my hand to the side and she flies through the room with incredible speed. I pull her back infront of me and she slides in under a table. She gets smacked up and down all the way to the roof and back down again as I do an up- and down motion with my whole arm. I laugh evily at the ammount of power I finally have with telekinesis. Two other people comes rushing in the room and I make all three in the room face eachother in a tight bunch. I make a chain wrap itself around them all and I laugh some more as I watch them struggle in vain.

LD2:I'm on top of a large mountain with some guys. We're doing some kind of "Jackass" show and I light a ball of hay on fire and throw it at one guy. He panics and everybody laughs. Suddenly the fire spreads and I notice that the whole mountain is made out of hay. Within a few seconds the entire place is on fire and we run for our lives. I run through some woods and end up at my old house which I used to live in when I was a kid. There, next to a car, is my family. "Wait a second... This is a dream" I say to myself. I try to convince my family that this all is a dream and they don't have to fear the fire. They refuse to listen to me so I give up and walk away. I enter a plowed field and while standing there in the mud, I try to think of something to do. I can't really think of something as I remember how I had dominated with telekinesis in my last dream. I decide just to fly some and it feels awesome as usual.


LD3:I'm at a big lake with my dad and my youngest brother. I instantly know it's a dream and I convince my dad that it is. "Look, I can shoot pinecones" I say and pick one up. With it in my hand I hold it up towards the sky and it shoots up and out of sight. Ten seconds later it falls down just next to us. My dad wants to try it out and my brother too. They aren't as good as me at it but they do alright. I decide to take a swim in the big lake and as I dive off the cliff I can hear my brother yell something behind me. It sounds as if he doesn't want me to do it. I plunge into the water and it's as if I'm being propelled by an invisible force. I decide to try to fly out of it and makes a jump, just like a dolphin before on my second try, I am soaring through the air. A couple of seconds later I start to feel my body.

FA1:I wake up and I'm sure I've overslept. The neighbours are playing real loud music and I get pissed off. I wake up for real and realise I've had my very first "False Awakening"

This was the first time I could use telekinesis properly. And I've had two lucid dreams since then, in which both I could use it without any problems.

Good morning!

My dreams are finally starting to get a bit more fun. That means no extreme anxiety. But who knows? I might get some tonight hah! Anyways I had a few dreams tonight, no LD's tho. But they will come! Here's what I dreamt.

*I'm at the beach with my family, suddenly a wasp appear and tries to sting me. I start running for my life but it follows me to the end of a road where it is joined by a pack of its friends. I pull my shirt over my head and tries to shut it tight. I still get stung several times in the butt and it hurts like hell! I start running back towards the beach and when I reach it, they are finally gone. I lay down on the beach and pull down my pants just under the butt and show my family the warwounds. "It's not that bad actually" my sister says. I try to take a look at it but can't see much. "Really? It hurts like hell tho" I watch a grasshopper land next to my moms face.

**I'm at my friend G's house. I'm watching TV in the living room and an old gamerfriend from UK (Kyndig) is sitting in the chair next to me, shuffling his Magic the Gathing cards. "Want me to go get my deck at home, so we can have a fair fight?" I ask. He just shakes his head. Suddenly I can hear my phone ringing. I answer it and can hear it's grandpa on the other end. "Hi Matteh, I was just wondering... well... if I could... you know..." I recall that I have borrowed a TV from him and I understand that he wants it back. "Oh, don't worry grandpa! If you want it back, you can have it" I say and my mother starts freaking out. I hang up and find her in another room, pouring water on an electrical socket. "We're gonna short-circuit this place, it will make a funny noise!" She says and I get mad at her, but decides to take a piss instead. I can't really aim at the toilet seat and it gets everywhere.

***I'm with a bunch of cops and we arrest two dudes in the street. They keep screaming: "We're police! We're police!" I take away their gun and after a minute or so, talk to one of them. He's drooling like a baby and I tell him to stop drooling because it will make him get a cold. "And don't prevent those shivers! That's the body's way of trying to stay warm" I tell him and put him and his friend in the back of a truck. Suddenly we're at a big pool and everyone jumps in. "Come on Matteh, join us!" They all yell, but I'm not really in a mood for it. I can feel a tooth coming off in my mouth and I take it out. "Damn that sucks" I think for myself and put it back in there. Suddenly I see a big hot tub with a girl in it. I jump in and she is smoking hot! I can see instructions on the side of the tub and the girl in the tub, is the girl in the pictures! I state it to her but she really doesn't care about me. Suddenly another girl shows up and they start messing around. After thirty seconds or so one of them turns to me and just as I grab her, I wake up!

Amount of sleep: 9½ hours

Well that's it! I will try to write down a lucid dream I had, but that will be later on. I'm gonna make my own "List of Goals first"

Hey all. This is my first post here, and I promise you it won't be the last

I'm a happy dude from Sweden with a thousand thoughts in my head. They follow me into my dreams and I dream every night. Currently I have around 2 lucid dreams every 3 weeks. But I'm getting better! This place will surely make me dream alot more. I only focus on DILD. I will try WILD out later on when I'm more used to it.

If there's anyone out there who would like to chat with me and give me tips, please send me a PM! There's nothing better than sharing your experience with someone, and there's way too few people around here who cares about this great thing.

This is a story which I wrote down after having a dream, and everything in the story happened in the dream, just as I describe it. Don't worry, I'm a very happy person IRL. It's just that I'm having a hard time atm. And that reflects into my dreams. Enjoy!

Matt went through the plan in his head one more time. He would distract the servant, while his teachers; Sarah and John, would take care of the witch.

As they rounded a corner in the ancient garden, the pair was already waiting for them. The battle started immediately and Matt darted behind a large statue for cover. The servant imitated and started shooting red energy strikes his way. Glancing to the side, he could see Sarah and John battling the witch.
A red light suddenly filled his vision as a strike just barely missed his head, scorching a few hairs. He turned his focus back to the fat, short man in his brown robes, and decided to respond with some strikes of his own.
Stretching out his hand a ball of energy started to take form and with a throwing motion the ball flew straight at the man, only to evaporate just a few feet away. Another red flash came in response but Matt dodged it with ease.
A smile started to form on his lips the now nervous servant was forced to retreat as a volley of energyballs flew his way. This time, the balls didn't evaporate and ricocheted off of the surrounding walls. Unfortunately none hit its target, and Matt had used up all his power.
But there was one thing his teachers didn't know about him. He had had a special gift for as long as he could remember, and now was the time to use it. The servant came out of hiding from behind a large stone when the strikes ended and he held a shovel. Apparently he had decided Matt would be an easy target now that his power had run out.
'Foolish man' he thought as he ducked under a swing and grabbed the man by the throat. He instantly sent dark power into the man and his eyewhites turned black. He let the man go and looked at his now loyal servant.
'Kill yourself' he commanded and grinned evily as the man painted the nearby wall red with a couple of hard headbutts. Apparently this didn't do the trick, so he told the man to lie down and finished the job with a hard blow from his newly found weapon. Turning his focus back to his teachers, he could see they had some problems. The three of them were close together and by the look of it, the Medusa-looking witch had the upper hand. As he slowly walked closer he could see that they were being choked and with a quick legsweep, they all fell to the ground. A second later they were gasping for air as the witch's head was separated from its body.
'Why didn't you help us earlier?!' Sarah exclaimed. Matt ignored the question and bent down to examine the head. The witch must have had quite some power left since the head was still alive.
'You needed help from a disciple' it laughed as blood trickled down its cheek.
Matt almost laughed with it, as he leaned closer; 'I'm a fucking prodigy, motherfucker' he whispered and started stabbing with his knife.


A bit DARK I know. To be honest I wasn't really lucid in that dream, but it was pretty awesome anyways as I could do what I wanted.
