Cities in the Astral

I was semilucid when I noticed the graphic of the sky were very odd. I pulled full attention into the dream. I was in a room with open sides like an open balcony or something. I examined the sky to see what had called my full attention here.
It was saphire blue and undulating much like the ocean might, but more in a pattern like hundreds of lave lamps. I was pretty blown away by the impressive visuals. I walked up to the edge and now could see that this building was surrounded by an ocean. I sat on the edge and the water rose up enough to start getting me wet. The combined visual of ocean waves at ground level and that crazy sky were amazing.
