Cities in the Astral

I was lucid for many hours this night and most of it was astral. I seem to have been handed over to the woman who I was showed off to in the dream where I was being tested. She is very patient and we mostly just walked around inside a crowded building and talked. She is 100% intolerant of my trying to get touchy or cuddly with any of the woman how were there. She would make the dream go grey screen the moment I was getting distracted by women. She did not prevent me from changing the visuals so that random female DCs were topless.

I had to wake up three times to pee and was able to instantly return to her each time. Surprisingly I had quiet a bit to drink that night but it did not seem to hold me back.

The most memorable lesson was on how to consciously shift vibrational frequencies to move to a new location. These locations overlap and were shown basically like floors of a multilevel building with the shift being like operating an elevator. I still am not sure how she was doing it.
