Cities in the Astral

This one is worth documenting because of the transition, plus it is a bit funny.

I was passively observing my dreams, and not trying to control or become fully lucid, but something odd was going on and a touch of negative emotion was there. I actually paid attention to see what the dream was doing.

Some how it looked like my brain was trying to have a bad dream, a closer look reveiled creepy figures. I became fully lucid and entered the dream to see what was up. It was "Evil Elves" I was somehow dreaming about creepy little guys about 3' high with nasty teeth.

I laughed "Evil elves? Let's try keebler elves!" So I turned them all into little 3" high Keebler elves.

I just went back to passively watching (semi-lucid) and the bad dream stuff never came back.
