Cities in the Astral

01-19-17 I did a WILD and lost contact with my body. I have no idea how or why this happened but suddenly I was trying to keep some dark malevolent force from plunging a knife into me. I felt a dream body, but the visuals were just shifting purple and black. I held the things arm away from me. I was on my back and it over me. I thought to myself, "this is just a lucid dream, relax and ignore this" yet I could not bring myself to stop forcing the implied knife (knife in the dark) away from me. I could hear the thing think malicious thoughts but not understand the words just the intent. Somehow the idea was there that this was the ghost of a bitter old man and I had fallen asleep in the Warm Springs house that we all agreed was haunted. It had never been a fearful type of haunted before. I also IRL was not in that house. I stayed calm and tried to shift my focus, but just ended up waking up.
