I'm driving with my boss, some bald guy in a cowboy hat, when we pull over because we're having problems with the truck. We stop in front of a hair dressing salon, and a friendly hair dresser takes a look under our hood. She identifies the problem, pointing out several plastic containers of yellow fluid underneath a cover plate, and says something like they've lost their acidity.

Luckily for us, she has just the thing to fix it. She opens the plate covering the fluid to reveal a barrel of yellow liquid. She spray and aerosol into the liquid, and it immediately begins to roil and bubble, turning a bright blue. The violent chemical reaction subsides, and the fluid goes back to yellow. She pours the rest of her can into the barrel, this time changing it back to the blue color it's supposed to be.

She then tells us the mechanic (now there's a garage in the building) has offered us a little wager. If the boss can guess how many needles are on a pine branch she shows us. She then informs us the mechanic has decided to sweeten the deal, saying he'll give us 245 dollar is the boss guesses it even remotely close to the actual number.

The boss and I discuss this wager in private, and he looks a lot like general Hammond from the original Stargate series. I inform him that the wager is for 245 dollars every week, but if he loses, he has to pay the mechanic every week. The boss thinks it over, especially if he looses, and says "That's 10-15% of what I make selling those creatures."

I now see the mechanic and a bunch of cowboyish looking guys in a rocky desert. One says "That's too easy! You've got a shiny silver target dead center", and others argue that it's not that easy a shot. I then see a small rectangular mirror hanging from a chain in front of a rocky outcrop of stone. The wager has morphed into if the boss can hit that mirror with a bow and arrow, and he's supposed to be a pretty good shot.

Next I'm leading the boss towards the target and the men. The boss is collared and and I'm holding a thick metal chain attached to the collar high in the air, to give the impression he's a mad dog. It's an entrance like from a wrestling match.

The phone rings and wakes me before the contest concludes.
