      Remind yourself next time you become lucid.. to remind yourself that you belive in yourself, you will be able to walk and talk.. or you could use something to help you, like the screwdriver on doctor who, use that on your leg. not sure..

      The time when you are WILDing during your sleep cycle may be causing non-vivid dreams. When you become lucid try to stabilize the dream first thing. Otherwise just have more belief in yourself that you have control over the dream. If you haven't read trough this stabilization tutorials, try it out: Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

      Good luck

      I would suggest not jumping into activities once you enter a dream through WILD. Take a minute to look around at your surroundings, and anchor your self into a dream by feeling everything around you. Once you feel you are fully settled into the dreamworld, then carry on with whatever you wanted to do

      ^^^ Yeah, the best choice is to stop motion and stabilize the dream. Enjoy the scene.

      Yesterday I actually became lucid because I was having a hard time running/walking. I knew it was wrong and it triggered lucidity.

      Odd that the bear/dog chasing me wasn't the actual trigger...

      Having problems moving around is pretty common for those just starting out lucid dreaming. Most people get over it after about 2-3 dreams, and are never bothered by it again.

      Although maybe what you're describing is that feeling of your legs being really tired, kind of like the classic slow punch. If that's what's happening, just lay down and go to sleep in your lucid dream. Your legs will be fine in the next inception layer.

      Hello Friend;
      I think you have right my previous problem. Once I would like to walk, I felt that my dream was collapsing. So I couldn't walk like my awakening. So I used my volition and I didn't use my legs! But it was so bad, Because I wanted to go On my food! So I tried after that. But I became awake
      After sometime I discover something It was just a False Awakening!
      So I suggest you to want to do it powerfully.Be Sure that you can
