I got to 56 and couldn't take it anymore. There is an infinite xp glitch you can use, but it should be patched after Thanksgiving.
Inf xp I advise playing the game all the way through first, as this might take all the fun out it.

Anyone know of any enchanted weapon or armor with light or "feather"? I miss those the most out of enchanted gear.
Stealth is easy, in a way. Problem is what you sacrifice by playing stealthy character. Since your focus in on light armour, your defense is pretty crappy. That's why I BOOMF most of them with my 30x backstab and then start to whack them with dual blades. There is lot of carrying capacity increasing gear if you have problem with carrying items?

Anyway, on the difficulty of the game. Some my friends have told me that fights are too easy, but personally playing Khajiit light armour assassin with blade + dagger, I find it constant fight for survival. I play on second hardest difficulty and most of the melee fights are downright suicide to me. One crappy dodge and I am gulping potions down. Of course, my friend rushed this through with heavy armour shield bearing juggernaut and did not have that much of a problem. I however, always play my games with kind of multiclass character, which adds nice difficulty to it. Besides, sneak characters have always more fun

Anyway, I never have understood people who run RPGs through as fast as they can. Especially ES games. I have just followed the wind and ended up in pretty awesome places. Fact is this game has more quests than ever. And most of them are pretty good and captivating. Especially the booze drinking contest and the aftermath

The scenery is so beautiful! I have never stopped to admire scenery, as I have in this game. Skyrim even affected a dream I had the other night, too. I was using a sword (which I never do) and tried to kill someone, but he put his sword on me and I actually felt it and woke up! This game is a lot of fun, too! I love exploring and finding hidden places and treasures.

Oh dear, this is bad. Another "The Good, The Bad and the Dovahkiin" is made, and I'm still holding off watching them due to spoilers.

I also finished the Dark Brotherhood. T'was interesting.
      Spoiler for Dark Brotherhood spoilers:

Now it's either back to my good character, or complete the Thieves Guild
And I still haven't found Sheogorath, and I really want to meet him!

Just started playing since I now had the time. The game is immersive, though the atmosphere is very different from the previous games. I both like and dislike that. It's new, yet not what I was looking forward to.

Was a surprise that I could almost run it at all ultra though. Had to drop the shadows to high to make my 5870 run it decently at 2560x1600.

Oh, and the scenery, I love it. The previous games didn't do it very well, this one does!

Hey has anyone had any skyrim dreams? I had one last night were I was fighting a monster and picking up weapons was the same format as the game. The setting was not in Skyrim, but in some mid west town. It didn't last very long but I killed the giant purple monster that looked sort of like Dr. Mundo from League of Legends. I enjoy skyrim and i'm lv 22 right now.

Nah, I used to have some Oblivion influenced dreams, even way after I stopped playing it. Maybe it'll come up later, but not yet. But then again, I rarely remember my dreams anymore, so I might have had some :/

In case you peeps haven't heard yet, the Creation Kit is coming out in January.
Not only that, but it's going to be integrated into Steam Workshop, like that thing they have going with TF2.
Skyrim — what we’re working on | Bethesda Blog

Honestly I don't know what to think of it. Maybe it'll be great and easy, or it might mean there will be less complexity in the mods? What will happen to the Nexus? How will Steam Workshop handle mods that add things like nudity? And what about all those extra things that some mods require, like that script extender for Fallout 3. I guess we'll see in January! And I can't wait to see what the community will pump out! Looking back at the mods for Fallout 3, New Vegas and Oblivion, it's going to be amazing!

      EDIT:
      Pictures?
      Pictures.

A totally bug-free dragon battle. It managed to totally bug up the terrain on the top of a mountain. Again.

Also, what the hell caused this? I'm not sure, but this seems to be there permanently...

Yeah I had a few. Some are where I'm playing and some are where I'm actually in it.

As amazing as the game is... I am taking a break for awhile. I played too much around Thanksgiving break, that it had affected my dreams to the point where I would reply to conversations with dialogue that was in subtitles and I would run around with a bow in my lower peripherals. Eventually I'll jump back on Skyrim, eventually.

lol, I had a werewolf dream last night XD

Anyway, I'm extremely disappointed at how skyrim ended. Like..... very, very annoyed. Imma put the rest in spoiler tags, if anyone has a problem with me doing this anyway. PM me. I'll remove it.

Spoiler for If you haven't beat the main quest, DO NOT READ!:

I lovelovelovelovelove this game so much. I played Morrowind when I was little, and when they announced this game I remember thinking: ''I hope it's going to be good, but I'll be disappointed.'' Well, I'm not. There are some really annoying bugs but overall it's a beautiful game. I love it!

I'm a Breton mage. I love high elves but they are so weak and vulnerable to magic it's not even funny. I never pick them on first runs. I almost finished the main quest, but right now I'm just random destroying towns and reloading previous saves.. hehe.

Oh! And I love the fact that females look feminine. I'm a girl IRL and I never play males. In Oblivion they didn't look like females.. but now they do. That's such a relief!

Yeah, I've had a couple, since I've begun playing - mostly concerning dragons. I've also done one of the Shout attacks in a lucid. Good times.

Shout attacks in a dream... That's pretty sick. I've been meaning to acquire the 'Slow Time' shout; but there are just too many side quests that keep distracting me from the numerous goals that continue to accumulate. It took me for ever to get to the College of Winterhold.

Well you could have made a melee type high elf and got the atronach stone bonus to cut down on magic damage. And speaking of High Elves, I've been running a frost mage....and it's made the game so much more difficult. I've only trained in destruction, and enchanting, and only selected the ice bonuses. If I come across something that's completely immune to frost I'll summon something or use a staff. At first I was using low level flames and shock, but now there are enemies that are just completely immune to those low level spells. So far, it's been a crazy ride. Sometimes I can just own tons of stuff. Sometimes, I'm watching myself get two shotted by melee/magic. Oh btw....I sent her straight to the college and completed those quests first. I'll probably try a shock mage, and finally make a warlock do nothing bot deadric quests.

Anyone complaining about the difficulty in the game should really try to limit what they train in. Instead of being an all powerful jack of all trades.

on my second play through, and i need some help.
the first time i played it i found a necklace with 100% immunity to disease, but i don't remember if it was a random chest, or fixed. i can make potions and heal via alters, or become the wolfman, but i'd like to find this necklace, again. i've already got my plat, so i was wanting to just collect stuff this time around.

anyone know what i'm talking about

It doesn't sound like a fixed item, so it's probably just something that appears randomly. That seems to be my experience especially when it's about rings and necklaces.

      Time for stuff! From Elsweyr!
This one might as well have been a comic for Oblivion, except for the horned helmet.

      Yay, more from this guy!

Also, currently level 40 with my newest character. Leveling slowed down a lot after Sneak hit 100, as I only really use that, One Handed, Lockpicking and Pickpocketing.
The character is mainly a good character, but believes in "chaos", that the world needs to be as dynamic as possible, and therefore has taken the responsibility for "moving" items of value. But she isn't even in the Thieves Guild yet. The thing I realized was that roleplaying really does make me like this game a whole lot more. My character contracted Sanguinare Vampiris, and I found that letting her become a vampire turned her into a much more interesting character, seeing as she is mainly a good character.
      Oh-hoh, self-insert!

Extra Credits finally got back into making their videos, and taking a shot at the opening of Skyrim.

Penny Arcade - Extra Credits – Skyrim’s Opening

I agree with a lot of it, but on the other hand, this is sort of the theme they've been running with. It was exactly the same way in Oblivion as well, and I agree that the beginnings of either of the games were less than impressive. The moment that amazed me and made me realize what I was getting into when I played Oblivion, was the moment I stepped outside of the sewers. And I think the same goes for Skyrim; there's nothing really impressive about the intro, the moment you feel like you're actually playing Skyrim is when you step outside the cave.

The magic-casting system is such an improvement over Oblivion. I'm a magic-oriented person, and the first spell I shot made me smile like a complete fool...

It was a glorious day. And it still is, 80-some hours in.
