What is your best and/or favorite Techniques for attaining Lucidity? |
|
6 out of 7 of my lucids have been WBTB, let yourself wake up naturally from sleep and then fall back asleep while saying some mantras and keeping your mind in the void. Works almost every time I try it |
|
-Meditate in the morning and before going to bed |
|
Ok well i think it's time I gave WBTB a chance. I think it is to soon to keep attempting wilds. I believe I will also give MILD a chance. |
|
my first lucid dream was a WILD i did it by accident but know i just WBTB and MILD together |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
all of them have been DILDs from just randomly realizing I was dreaming (probably from awareness) |
|
Any good tutorials(links) for WBTB techniques? It seems to be the most successful method so far. |
|
I typically do the DILD technique, though way back in the day I didn't know it was called that. Now a days, since joining the forum, I have been doing multiple reality checks, and doing some meditation before bed. I also found the DJ helps greatly with my recall. |

Wake Back To Bed is the best. I think it is the single best thing you can do to improve (or even guarantee) your chances of being lucid. |

Spontaneous, randomized awareness and some MILD. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Puffin, your beginner's guide to LDing is a very well put together post. I am going to try some of the things I read in there. |
