Took me 3 days after reading Stephen LaBerges 'Exploring the world of lucid dreams'. Normally I have one a week. But this week on vacation I am sleeping in 90 minutes longer than normal, and have had 5 in 3 days. The mornings I force myself to stay in bed and fall back to sleep even if not that tired. I really think getting extended sleep is important. For me I went from less than 7 hrs sleep to more than 8. |
