      Was this Sleep Paralysis?

Something weird happened to me last night, I was having which seemed like a normal dream, it felt like I had a bit of awareness, well anyway in this dream I was trying to find something so I found it and it was some letter and in my dream appeared someone on the toilet, I was holding a letter and I thought to myself inside the dream "Oh no theres going to be alot of words about 'something' on this letter". I then heard a very deep voice repeating something, it woke me up and when I awoken(this is the part I think is SP) my head was vibrating violently and I could still hear the deep voice talking about 'something' and it was very loud, but I didn't fear anything I just wanted to try and understand what it was saying, it then got quieter, it ended after about 5-6 seconds, I moved my arm and it felt heavy and my body felt really achey. I've never been awake during sleep paralysis before and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me.. so anyone have any idea what happened?

If you could move and were not full of anxiety then it is not really SP. The normal state of being half awake/ half asleep makes you feel very heavy and you may have a mix of dream and real life. Pretty normal and can be very cool.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Yeah that situation I've been in a few times and it felt cool and I didn't think much of it. Its just how violently my head was vibrating that it felt different to anything I've experienced before.

What you describing is not SP. But vibrations is a good sign. And you can get all kinds of different sensations, some more weird then the others. They are all perfectly normal. Good luck and Happy dreams

When in REM sleep, your inner ear spazzes out, similar to how your eyes move rapidly. If you happen to catch it, it sounds like vibrations, white noise, voices, or loud bangs. It can really sound like anything. It seems real, because you are actually hearing something. You are just hearing your own ears.

This is very common. "Vibrations" are discussed all the time when people talk about WILD, Astral Projection, or even other types of non-sleep related meditation.

It is a symptom of REM. Paralysis is also a symptom of REM. The two often overlap and happen together, but they can happen independently.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, I just thought it was weird because I never experienced the vibrations before so I thought something was wrong with me lol
