Tonight I resolve to recognize the dream state. I will recognize my location and/or the situation, the objects, the experience as a dream and become fully lucid and work on my goals.

Then, I will:

1. Stabilize dream by looking at my hands and saying my name out loud.

2. Ask Higher Self what the best solution to my current most pressing life problem is. Or any other advice.

3. Explore the dream fully, remembering to re-stabilize every so often, and asking every dream character or object if they have something to tell me, or what they represent.

4. Remember my dream and its details fully, then record them in my journal.

How many people have really had a lucid dream after posting in this thread? If it's less than 20%, I declare this thread invalid. (And that 20% doesn't include people who can induce them on a regular basis).

Hi i posted in this thread last night after having a week without lucid dreams and i had one. Lol.
This thread is just for fun but it can make people more exited to lucid dream so they will lucid dream. There is no magic , its just expectation of having a lucid dream.
