Definitely getting lucid, going to bed on time, and doing proper WBTB. When I do proper WBTB, I get lucid a lot more frequently. My living situation makes WBTB not practical most of the time (noisy bed partner makes getting back to sleep very difficult, so I prefer just to remain asleep and dream). That will be fixed in about a year when our new place is ready and I'll have my own room/office with a couch to retreat to for WBTB and WILD, etc.
