Yes, how is your dream recall ? Work on it as much as you can for a while, until you get regular lucids and then relax a bit the effort. This will allow your mind to know how dreams feel and then you just keep to a minimum of dream journalling practice so as to keep your familiarity and ability to recognize your dreams. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
Lately my dream recall has been all over the place. I typically don't like to record nightmares (Since they go beyond the point of absurd to just becoming plain surreal), and sadly I have had nothing but nightmares for a week now. I really need to get to controlling my emotions, the feeling of anxiety personally. It'll probably pass with time but I know that's not the right way to do it. |

Though to be honest, I have had long periods of time where I had nothing BUT vivid dreams. It IS possible for me to get back to that I'm sure, it's just only a matter of time before I get there. |

I would honestly recommend practicing getting into a quiet state of consciousness, so you can just DEILD with ease. |
