Not a problem. Just keep up with the dream journaling (good start already!) and eventually work your way to Lesson II. This does a great job of laying out the techniques, along with their pros and cons. No rush, but once you get there you may find that there are techniques that will suit your sleep temperament. Techniques like DILD via all-day awareness and DEILD might fit for you.
Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself. All in due time. In the meantime, keep us posted on how you do!
