I've of course got mad respect for a fellow practitioner of the Hulk Jump. You may move directly to true flight in your lucid dreams very quickly, but if not you can also follow the path that I took and rely on Hulk jumping for a bit until you acquire a comfort with flight. (This took me a while, but many pick real flight up immediately. Lots of variance between people.)

It's impressive that you had so much recall from your earliest REM periods (after 1-2 hours of sleep.) My recall is so unreliable and abstract during those earliest phases of sleep.
