good news!

Yesterday i read something about circadian rhythm which says to reset your circadian rhythm stop eating 12 hours prior to the time you want to wake up, so i stopped eating after 20:00 no caffeine etc neither

Anyways today i woke up and i had 4 dreams and i still remember them! I wasn't lucid but this is really a great progress for me!

after a quick google session i found an article which claims that dream yogis do not eat after 6pm because of this, it said something about 'energy' but i will read it in detail later on,
