It's good that you are getting to figure out the effect of different foods on dreams and overall energy levels, brain function, mind sharpness, etc. It will be great to share around more of these foods to avoid. Sugary foods are definitely on the list. I also find take aways rather exhausting. Lots of fried food with little fiber as a combination has been damaging to recall too, unfortunately sometimes it's hard to explain to relatives why you don't want to eat what they are serving you.
