The RCing in relation to dreams will just take time and practice. Keep doing it and eventually it will translate. Don't worry so much and don't try to rush things. Your LDs will come. Just keep positive. |

Nah, don't worry. Recall can fluctuate (even with a skilled dreamer). Just keep practicing and your recall will build up to where these lapses in recall are few and far between. |

I am having the exact same problem you are having with sleep paralysis, I actually posted separate thread about it but Yoshi answered all of it in here. I always fall out of it after I get the tingling and the heart beats. |

I'm still having problems with this, I'm not recalling dreams well, I can't even get myself to have SP start to kick in because I have too much Hypnogogic myoclonus. I ignore the jerks, like they have never happened, but I feel myself become unrelaxed and tense. And I realize that a hypnogogic jerk just occurred. And I jerk A LOT. So it's extremely frustrating and I jsut want to MOVE when I'm trying to WILD. Please helpppp. |

If you are getting frustrated and want to move so badly that it is causing you to fail your WILDs...go ahead and move. When you become extremely uncomfortable, slowly roll over to a more comfortable position while keeping your eyes closed. Stay calm and relaxed the entire time and just act as if you never moved at all. Proceed with the WILD process. If you are so uncomfortable that you can't fall asleep, then you won't be able to WILD. |

There are several medications/drugs that suppress REM sleep, but I wouldn't recommend taking them just to do so. If you want to get rest, just lay down and sleep within your lucid dream. Don't do any draining activities. Just pull out a blanket wherever you are and sleep within the dream. That is the only way I can think to help you out. I'm afraid I just don't have/know of any ways to stop dreaming that are healthy. You could get really wasted/black-out drunk one night, but you may have a killer hangover or puke/piss yourself (especially if you don't drink in the first place), lol. I don't recommend it. |

But the prob is my GCs won't let me sleep while the 'daily dream routine' for that dream is waiting for me to complete it. |
