If you are getting frustrated and want to move so badly that it is causing you to fail your WILDs...go ahead and move. When you become extremely uncomfortable, slowly roll over to a more comfortable position while keeping your eyes closed. Stay calm and relaxed the entire time and just act as if you never moved at all. Proceed with the WILD process. If you are so uncomfortable that you can't fall asleep, then you won't be able to WILD. |
