Sorry for posting in your thread but I have a similar question regarding ADA. Is ADA just how your body feels through the day, paying attention to your breathing, muscles working, etc. Or is it everything around you also, the sounds, sights and smells of everything near by. For example just stopping what you are doing and paying attention to all the sounds may it be nature or a workplace, is that practicing ADA? So I guess what i am asking is it awareness of you, or awareness of you and everything around you?
