If not that, I've also recently learned that there was a study done a few years ago about the affects of games on lucid dreaming. The studies showed that gamers tend to be more likely to become lucid I think. Because they spend a lot of time in a virtual world that they control, dream control also tends to come easier to gamers. Another interesting thing is gamers are less likely to run from nightmares and more likely to stand, fight, and enjoy it. (The aliens killed me 4 times and I thought it was awesome! ) I believe this information is accurate because it reflects the way I respond in dreams very well.

So one way, you could focus on the virtual world more, and the other way you could focus on the real world. Personally, if you really want to lucid dream, I think you should just take an hour or two of your game time to practice ADA. It would also be healthier.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
Come to think about it my dry spell started when I began to break my gaming addiction, huh. something to reconsider getting back into, but I really don't want to.
