People had to mess with hosts file again? I saw the forum wasn't working well earlier but I didn't have to do anything special to access the pages.

Sorry I'm not around much. I have been coughing so bad I can barely focus my energy long enough to read, let alone post. I'm probably going to bed soon

I had a dream where some guy claims to be my dream guide, but my eyes shut down in the dream.... absolute bullcrap.

ah, c'mon! i asked my ex if she saw my hacksaw around (from when we lived together), she said no but said she'd look for it and let me know when she finds it.
few days later and i still haven't heard back from her, but instead she posts a picture of it on on facebook, as well as half a coconut. apparently she used my hacksaw to open a coconut. Ugh, there goes that blade.

My face was hurting because I was really sick. I have been blowing my nose and coughing so much that my body aches, and all the strain of blowing my nose combined with the sinus pressure was causing some serious pain.

My gastric issues aside, I am doing a little better today. My cough is coming back and that really is wearing me out.

And now my kids are giving me no break. Asses.

So I checked the required classes to double major in Biochemistry and Genetics.

Seems my junior and senior year really IS going to be HELL. But it's worth it, since most of these classes meet pre-med, graduate, etc. requirements.

It's mostly just simple gene classes, but still, it adds up in the end if I can't get my shit together. I just hope it will be worth it going hardcore in the later years.

The extra classes makes it 4.5 years to take, but if I work hard enough, I can get it in 4 years, and hopefully that itself is going to give me a boost when sucking up to graduate school applications...

I hate it when people tell me shit, and expect me to take it just like that. Then when I respond to them and give them what I think, they automatically reform to "I was just joking mannnnnnnnnnn, why you have to be serious?"

Well, first of all, because you wanted to spew shit from your mouth, why wouldn't I want to respond back? Am I supposed to let you talk shit to me like that? And yet they want respect from me, and still want to give this bullshit to me? Seriously, some of these people in my life just need to fuck off.

I honestly can't believe there are shit for brains in this world. Everyone has their flaws, but there are just some people that want everything to come at them without working hard, and because they can't do shit, they want to make fun of other people saying that they'll never do what they failed to do.

This world is a bunch of insecure pricks sometimes, always trying to bring you down to their level.

Also I hate it when people are just so full of it, just because you know how to deal with people, doesn't mean you're some fucking guru who can practice on people you deem as inferior. You're not a fucking god, you're a fucking body sack, once you're dead, who is going to give a fuck about how good you are at manipulating people. Big deal.

Sefalik, when I first read your post, I thought she was purposefully banging up and denting the blade with the coconut

I am ranting because my left right hand has been tingling ALL freagin day- as if it's starting to fall asleep. I wondered why that was, then connected my supremely sore neck to the tingle (though it's on the opposite side). The most logical reason is that I have a pinched nerve.
I hope it resolves itself soon.

Also, I placed my female Cockatiel up for adoption on a Rescue Site and I've only heard back from one person. She lives HOURS away.
The birdie is still hanging in there though. In fact, other than the obvious signs of her extremely bulging belly and her occasional seizures, she *appears* to be be just fine.

I went to my Congregation meeting today. The first one I've been to in at least a couple of years. I was surprised to see some new people and new children, but there were also a LOT of absentees. But I took 1/2 a Clonazepam before I left to keep anxiety at bay, and I nearly slept through the last 30 minutes. When I got home, I crashed hard for close to 3 hours.

I finally broke off the faucet knob for the hot water in the kitchen. So now it can be used simply by using pliers instead of turning the hot on and off under the sink every time a person needs it. It's not a problem for me, but my oldest boy is a bit too big to use that method and he's always hollering for me. And if I'm sleeping, then stuff just doesn't get done.

I'm also annoyed at our new puppy. She is so smart except for house training. I'll take her outside and straight away, she'll pee once she comes back in. WTH? And that saying, attributed to animal behavior "don't shit where you sleep" is NOT true. Meesha will pee on the carpet, then come right back to it and lay down. :wth: That's just gross, dog.
I leave the front door open for the inside dogs and Meesha carries in the weirdest things to chew on. The other day, I was napping and felt something cold and wet against my back. She had carried in a sizable rock lol. What the heck, dog? I know she's teething, but a ROCK?

So, I finally hear back from the kid we sent the netbook too, last night. We hastily agree to a Skype call and had it earlier today. We were really nervous about meeting his mom, but we gave in because hey, it's the only way to get back in contact with him.

Thing is? This call only lasted 8 minutes. Seems all they wanted to put their minds at ease was to see that we weren't 45 years old or something. That's it! And now he's ungrounded and stuff. So why is this in this thread, and not the cheerful one? It will be mentioned there, for sure, but the frustration is that the grounding, and beating, and all that resulted from this mere misunderstanding! A month of punishing him for something that took 8 minutes to resolve! If we knew that's all they wanted, I would have agreed to this ages ago! I don't understand people sometimes...

Don't get me wrong though, despite that frustration I'm still very glad this mess is finally over.

I went out with my cousin yesterday and she was emphasising on the normality of a girl looking at a guy and the abnormality of a girl looking at a girl. Even in the case of heterosexuality, I see nothing wrong with a girl looking at another girl; the people in my country are just being extremes. I refused to explain my cause to her.

And I am being annoyed that I haven't bathe, brush my teeth and eat for nearly a day yet and my grandmother is taking her own sweet time to clean the bathroom while making a lot of sound and I can't concentrate because that distracts me and reminds me that I'm filthy now.

So strange Singularity!!! I'm glad it's "over" too. (With a Drama Queen, such as the mom, I wouldn't hold my breath too long unfortunately).

October I know how that can be. I almost always refuse to continue speaking with someone if I feel myself getting too angry. But I've had my share of slips too.

I'm humorously ranting because ppl think I'm a troll at a Cocketiel forum I joined. Because I wasn't getting results fast enough for them or something. My bird CeeCee could die at any time. She still appears well enough, but her belly is not improving at all. It looks worse for all the blood clots and cleaning them just reopens the wounds At this point, I'm expecting her to kill over from a blood infection faster than anything else

Oh yeah... the pinched nerve finally resolved itself with sleep. I made a point of sleeping as straight as I could. I even got rid of the couch cushion I use as a pillow. I put it under the droopy side of my air mattress.
When I woke up though, I had slide to the bottom of the mattress and I was in a ball freezing lol. And my neck is still sore, but nothing like it used to be!

Anxiety.

I told a girl that has been trying to get rid of her kittens for a few weeks now that I would take one. I knew about the toxoplasmosis thing while pregnant is dangerous, but I figured I just wouldn't change the litter box. I told her last night that I'd come by Tuesday (tomorrow!) and pick up my new kitten.

BUT, I've been reading everywhere online that I shouldn't be taking this risk, since I'm pregnant and now I'm freaking scared. I don't want to tell her that I've changed my mind! And I really want a new kitten!!!!! GARHHH.

I really don't want my baby to come out all screwed up just because I wanted a little furry runt to cuddle with. Then again, I already told this girl I would take one and I HATE going back on my word. Damnit. Therefore, I feel all anxious now. I hate it.

You could always go with bunnies, I don't think they can reproduce that toxoplasmosis thing compared to cats and even dogs.

Plus they're cuter, and you can store them in a cage. That's really unfortunate that you're in that predicament though, but if it were me, I would just tell the girl up front about the toxoplasmosis thing, and if she doesn't understand what it means, I would saturate it some idealistic and euphemistic reason to make it more comprehensible. It seems this girl is really young based on what you said just now, so I guess you have some leeway in bending the truth a bit.

But that's just me. I hope you'll find the right thing for you and your child though.

Unless you're susceptible to problems. Ask your doctor. I had a cat when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter (I think it was lol). I didn't have any problems.

OR, if you're too worried, tell the girl that your doctor advised against it.

I'm ranting because I took a Didex at around 10:30 and fell asleep by around 11. I woke at 2. BUT, I woke with very high energy which is a thing completely unheard of lol.
I was out of it. I woke up at one point because the neighbor was mowing right outside my bedroom (he mows for us), but I fell right back to sleep.

I'm washing my 3rd load of laundry.
