Dunno. I like having thumbs and the ability to digest chocolate, but I'd also kinda like to be a bit faster or stronger or able to fly or something.

Well I'd still have an human shape but except for that you'd see from a mile away I'm not human if I could freely choose my form.

Black sclera, eyes that glow in the dark, probably some type of advanced more animal like ears, a tail for balance and some type of not animal-like wings.

A "patch-work" form with all the advantages of any form I know of.

Probably a dragon or some kind of bird. I wouldn't have to deal with all the things life throws at me, I'd just soar above the clouds. I enjoy solitude, so I could just be free.

Dam, that's one tough question. I don't care too much about appearance, but would probably remain looking like a human. However, I'd be a human that most people would be able to recognize the instant they looked. I'd be acknowledged by nearly anyone that looks my way. I always wanted to be someone that people look up to, so being a figure of attention is a step in the right direction.

I would be myself, only with wings and increased physical/mental capabilities. If you've read any of James Patterson's Maximum Ride series you know what I'm talking about, only with retractable wings, not just ones that lay against your back.
